The European Cup of Amateur MMA 2025 will include the tournametns:
1. Junior MMA Men – aged 16, 17, 18 (born in 2009, 2008, 2007)
2. Junior MMA Women – aged 16, 17, 18 (born in 2009, 2008, 2007)
3. Light Contact MMA Men – adult athletes, who won no more than 3 Full Contact MMA fights and no more than 1 Professional MMA fight
4. Light Contact MMA Women – adult athletes, who won no more than 3 Full Contact MMA fights and no more than 1 Professional MMA fight
5. Full Contact MMA Men – adult athletes
6. Full Contact MMA Women – adult athletes
7. Striking MMA Men – adult athletes
8. Cadet MMA Men – aged 13, 14, 15 (born 2012, 2011, 2010)
9. Cadet MMA Women – aged 13, 14, 15 (born 2012, 2011, 2010)
10. Junior MMA Beginner Men – aged 16, 17, 18 (born in 2009, 2008, 2007) – for the athletes beginning with martial arts, who participated no more than 3 ALMMA competitions (or other MMA competitions and other martial arts e.g. Boxing, ju-jitsu etc.)
11. Senior MMA Beginner Men – for the adult athletes beginning with martial arts, who participated no more than 3 ALMMA competitions (or other MMA competitions and other martial arts e.g. Boxing, ju-jitsu etc.)
Additionally there’ll be played boxing tournaments for senior athletes, who have no professional bouts, and traing boxing for no more than 3 years.
Oragnizers reserve the right to cancell the tournamet for reasons indepentend of the organizers.

Terms of participating European Championship of Amateur MMA 2025:
-registration on martialmatch.com
-identity card (passport or ID Card)
-The sports medical certificate (MMA or Ju-Jitsu) /medical certificate of non-contraindication to the practice of MMA or Ju-Jitsu
-protective equipment: groin protectors, mouthguards, shinguards, MMA Shorts, top or rashugard for women (gloves and headgears during the competition are priovided by the organizer)
-athlete’s acknowledgment and agreement form (or parent/guardian consent form if an athlete is a minor – can be downloaded from the almma.pl website)
There’s no possibility to participate in tournaments without meet the conditions.
Digital form of documents or copies of documents will not be accepted.

There’s no possibility to register after 8.09.2025

Start list will be published on 9th September 2025 around 12a.m. If the athlete hasn’t been registered and the entry fee hasn’t been paid, the athlete won’t be placed on the start list.
There’s no possibility to change the weight division on the day of the competition – if the athlete won’t achieve the declared limit, this athlete will be disqualified. There’ll be possibility to change the weight division till 10th September 2025 till 10am via e-mail to slawomir.cypel@o2.pl.

Foreign athletes from member states of EU don’t need to pay the participation fee.

Application for the competition is accepting the rules of this communication. In matters not covered by the regulations, the Chief Competition Judge will decide.
The organizer is not responsible for lost items, also for damages and accidents. The organizer reserves the right to use images of contenders in photographic and film materials from the competition and for promotional purposes.
Refund fee occurs only in case of cancellation of the competition.

RULES:
1. Full Contact MMA and Striking MMA – GAMMA Rules
2. Divisions: Cadet, Junior, Beginner:
Rounds: 1 single round of 4 minutes duration plus alternatively extra time – 2 minutes with a 1 minute rest period
Beginner (Junior or Senior) means the competitor, who has participated no more than 3 amateur MMA tournaments (no matter how many bouts during the tournaments) and has participated only amateur martial arts tournaments;
The competitor is not allowed to participate in Beginner Division if:
– he’s an martial arts instructor
– he had professional fight: MMA, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, BJJ, Grappling, Box, Sambo, Krav Maga, Kick-Boxing, K1, Muay Thai, Taekwon-do, Karate
– he had amateur MMA fight as undercard during professional gala
– he has fought Full contact or Semi-Pro rules
– he is or was part of national team MMA, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, BJJ, Grappling, Box, Sambo, Krav Maga, Kick-Boxing, K1, Muay Thai, Taekwon-do, Karate
– he won the championship or the cup of country or macroregion
ALLOWED TECHNIQUES – Standing position:
1. Front kick, side kick, roundhouse kick,, jumping kick, turning kick, ,diagonal kick, heel kick, axe kick.
2. Punch, chop, hook, spinning hammerfist.
3. Takedowns (except dropping an opponent on their head)
ALLOWED TECHNIQUES – Grounded position:
1. all body and leg punches
2. up kick to the legs, body and head
3. armbar, americana (shoulder lock), kimura, and any other shoulder, elbow and wrist lock, taktarov
4. Chokes.
FORBIDDEN TECHNIQUES
– Kneeing and kicking the head, body and legs of a grounded opponent
– Striking the head of a grounded opponent
– Heel Hook, kneebar, leglocks
– Bicep or calf crush
– Elbow and forearm strikes of any kind
– Striking with the knees in any fashion
– Butting with the head
– Eye gouging of any kind
– Biting or spitting at an opponent, Fish Hooking, hair pulling
– Groin attacks of any kind
– Strikes to the spine, to the collarbone or the back of the head. The spine includes the tailbone
– Throat strikes of any kind and/or grabbing the trachea
– Hand over nose or mouth
– Clawing, pinching
– Foot stomps
– Tread on/ step on feet of opponent,
– Heel kicks to the kidneys
– Small joint manipulation [fingers or toes]
– Throwing an opponent out of the fighting area
– Intentionally placing a finger into any orifice, or into any cut or laceration of your opponent
– Holding opponent’s gloves, shorts, shin-guards or rash guard
– spitting
– Use of abusive language in the fighting area
– Attacking an opponent on or during the break
– Attacking an opponent who is under the care of the referee
– Attacking an opponent after the bell has sounded the end of the period of unarmed combat.
– Conscious disregard of the referee’s instructions and disrespect towart referee
– Timidity (avoiding contact, or consistently dropping the mouthpiece, or faking an injury, running away from the action of the fight
– Falling down with no reason
– Open-handed strikes, palm strikes, back hand strikes
– Attacking an opponent after the STOP
– Takedowns while dropping an opponent on their head
– Twister, neck crank, can opener, sit through crucifix and/or any submission deemed as applying pressure to the neck or spine
– Strikes and kicks on the joints
– Holding or grabbing the fence with fingers
– Wearing jewellery during fighting (piercings, necklace, rings and so on)
– Applying any foreign substance to the head or body in order to gain an advantage
– Spiking the opponent to the canvas onto the head or neck (pile-driving)
– Lifting the opponent at the waist in order to take him/her down, by throwing him backwards or sideways to the ground
– Fingers outstretched toward an opponent’s face/eyes
– No suplex, elevated/shoulder throws or slams
– Unsportsmanlike conduct that causes an injury to opponent
– Interference from a mixed martial artist’s corner or seconds
3. Divisions: Light Contact and Masters
Rounds: 1 single round of 4 minutes duration plus alternatively extra time – 2 minuters with a 1 minute rest period
ALLOWED TECHNIQUES – Standing position:
